The models of the SOBEKK AC/AM-Series are fully automatic 3D measuring optical instruments . The AC-Series is ideal for measuring small and medium-sized components with dimensions up to 500x400 mm. On the other hand, the measuring technique of the AM-Series series is intended for measuring larger components and can handle dimensions of up to 2000x2500 mm.

AC/AM-Series fully automatic measuring devices can be equipped with a Renishaw brand touch probe and a laser probe for multisensory measurement. The measuring technology devices are also equipped with programmable segment LED lighting, which ensures optimal illumination of the measured surface. Advantages of the AC/AM-Series
Comparison with the model
Instruments can be purchased with US software that allows comparison with a 3D model. This gives you even more control over the measured objects. Comparing the results with the model enables faster and more accurate identification of deviations and also improves the overall efficiency of the measurement.
More sensors
The devices are fully automatic and equipped with a motorized zoom . The capabilities of the devices can be further expanded by adding additional sensors, such as a touch probe and a laser probe , making it possible to create a fully functional multi-sensor device .
Generating results
The measurement software allows you to generate results in Excel, Word or CAD format . The results are automatically generated after the program is finished. The format in which the results will be generated is fully programmable with the option of saving images from single measurements .
Simple control
The device software is very simple and intuitive . Individual programs can be retroactively edited. To measure components, it is not necessary for the operator to program the device. Just run the pre-made program and follow the simple instructions to place the measured component in the desired location.
Edge search
The devices have three types of built-in lighting. Bottom lighting for contour illumination, axial lighting and circular lighting for illuminating various surfaces. To optimize the edge search, the software is equipped with programmable parameters.
Export and Import of CAD
To simplify programming, a CAD file in DXF format can be uploaded to the software . The device can also serve as a tool for generating a DXF curve . Just mark the edges that I want to export and within a few moments the software will generate a DXF file.
