Measuring devices QM/QT-Series
Fast measurement of dimensions and ease of use, these are the measuring devices of the SOBEKK QM/QT-Series product line. The devices measure several pieces at once within a few moments. Thus, they significantly reduce the time required for measurements and increase the efficiency of the entire inspection process. These optical instruments feature intuitive measuring software that allows the operator to quickly identify mismeasured pieces and products that exceed the tolerance range. The software automatically recognizes and runs the program for the respective part, so there is no need to precisely position the part to be measured on the workbench . The result of the measurement is a clear report , which immediately signals which dimensions do not correspond to the tolerance.

Use of QM/QT-Series optical instruments
Instruments from the QM-Series are an excellent choice for measuring smaller components with a maximum dimension of 180 x 130 mm. These benchtop instruments are compact and easily portable, making them an ideal choice for small workshops and laboratories. On the other hand, devices from the QT-Series series are suitable for measuring larger components with a range of up to 400 x 300 mm.

Advantages of the QM/QT-Series
Comparison with the model
Instruments can be purchased with US software that allows comparison with a 3D model. This gives you even more control over the measured objects. Comparing the results with the model enables faster and more accurate identification of deviations and also improves the overall efficiency of the measurement.
More sensors
The devices are fully automatic and equipped with a motorized zoom. The capabilities of the devices can be further expanded by adding additional sensors, such as a touch probe and a laser probe, making it possible to create a fully functional multi-sensor device.
Generating results
The measurement software allows you to generate results in Excel, Word or CAD format. The results are automatically generated after the program is finished. The format in which the results will be generated is fully programmable with the possibility of saving images from single measurements.
Simple control
The device software is very simple and intuitive. Individual programs can be retroactively edited. To measure components, it is not necessary for the operator to program the device. Just run the pre-made program and follow the simple instructions to place the measured part in the desired location.
Edge search
The devices have three types of built-in lighting. Bottom lighting for contour illumination, axial lighting and circular lighting for illuminating various surfaces. To optimize the edge search, the software is equipped with programmable parameters.
Export and Import of CAD
To simplify programming, a CAD file in DXF format can be uploaded to the software. The device can also serve as a tool for generating a DXF curve. Just mark the edges that I want to export and within a few moments the software will generate a DXF file.
