Measuring devices E/S-Series
Our E/S-Series measuring instruments are semi-automatic or manual optical devices that are highly versatile and affordable. They achieve high measurement accuracy and measurements are easily repeatable. In addition to 2D measurements, they also have a Z-axis that is completely calibratable. The measuring system generates results in Excel, CAD or Word formats. The format of the generated results is fully configurable.

Application of manual optical devices
The E/S-Series manual optical device is particularly suitable for measuring various plastic and metal components. In addition to 2D measurements, these instruments also have a Z-axis that is completely calibratable, allowing the measurement of lines, points, but also arcs, angles and geometric tolerances. Geometric tolerances include, for example, flatness, straightness, perpendicularity or position.
The E/S-Series devices are the perfect combination of versatility and low price. In addition, the software of these instruments is user-friendly and easy to operate.

Advantages of E/S-Series
Instrument accuracy
Thanks to their stable and rigid construction, these devices achieve excellent accuracy and repeatability. The X and Y axis accuracy is only 2.5 + L/200 µm, while the Z axis accuracy is 5 + L/200 µm.
3D measurement
In addition to 2D measurements, these instruments have a Z-axis that can be motorized and is completely calibratable. These devices can be used to measure points, lines, arcs, angles, geometric tolerances (GD&T) flatness, straightness, perpendicularity or position.
Generating results
The measurement software allows you to generate results in Excel, Word or CAD formats. When the program is finished, the results are automatically generated. The format of the generated results is fully configurable and allows saving images of the individual measurements.
Simple to use
The software of these devices is designed to be user-friendly and easy to use. It allows easy modification of individual programs even after they have been created. The programmer has the possibility to create text labels with instructions for operators, which simplifies their work.
Edge finder
These devices are equipped with three integrated lighting types. Bottom lighting is used to illuminate the contours, axial lighting and circular lighting. The software features programmable parameters that optimize the edge finding process.
Import and Export CAD
To make programming easier, it is possible to load a CAD file in DXF format into the software. In this way, the instrument can also be used as a tool for generating DXF curves. Simply select the edges you want to export and the software will generate a DXF file in a few moments.
